Beyond a gastronomic event, the vocation of Bordeaux-Exclusive-Taste © is above all charitable.
After Bellefont-Belcier, Yquem, Haut-Brion, Angélus and Domaine de Chevalier, we will be welcomed in the famous Château Cheval-Blanc for the 6th edition of Bordeaux-Exclusive-Taste © on Thursday, December 14th.
The whole amount of the registrations for the dinner will be donated directly to the association "EXCLUSIVE TASTE" to finance concrete actions for children at the hospital.
Created by Fabrice and François Bonin (Absolute-Event agency), Dominique Hébrard (Château Trianon) and Chef François Adamski, the Bordeaux-Exclusive-Taste © team was officially joined at the 2013 edition at the Château d'Yquem by Michel Roth, a Michelin-starred chef whose excellence in human qualities and world renown are no longer to be!
The two talented Chefs will compose an exceptional menu again built around the unique nectars of the 1st Classified Grand Cru A of Saint-Émilion considered as one of the most appreciated in the world.
Every year, the Champagne Laurent-Perrier ensures "L'Instant Grand-Siècle" during an exceptional aperitif in the presence of Bertrand Bignon, commercial director of the famous house.
Beyond an exceptional gastronomic event, the vocation of Bordeaux-Exclusive-Taste © is above all charitable. Registration fees for the dinner go directly to the association "EXCLUSIVE TASTE" to finance concrete actions for children by helping them to forget their illness.
This is the question to which the association Exclusive Taste strives to provide concrete answers.

François Adamski and Michel Roth represent an exception and a curiosity. They are among the rare exceptions to combine the highest French culinary distinctions : Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Michelin starred Chefs and Bocuse d’Or !
Member of the Bordeaux Exclusive Taste © since 2013, Michel Roth will once again make an exceptional duo with his friend and former Ritz accomplice, François Adamski. He represents better than anyone the Palace kitchen that he reinvented.
Currently at the head of the kitchens of the prestigious Hôtel Président Wilson in Geneva, Michel Roth leads a team of 60 people and continues to innovate with culinary concepts of high rank, always avant-garde.
For his part, as Chief Executive, François Adamski participates in numerous events throughout the world, notably representing the city of Bordeaux in Japan and Canada. He also signs the Menu of prestigious establishments (including the Hostellerie l'Imaginaire in Terrasson in the heart of Black Périgord). An exemplary involvement that he clearly shares with his responsibilities as President of the Bocuses d'Or France Team.
Furthermore, Cheval Blanc is resolutely turned towards the future. This is epitomised by the impressive new cellar adjacent to the château. Designed by Christian de Portzamparc, winner of the 1994 Pritzker Architecture Prize in 1994, this was completed in June 2011. Reflecting the desire of Baron Albert Frère and Bernard Arnault, this building is both futuristic and in keeping with the surrounding historic vineyard landscape listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Winegrowers have succeeded one another at Cheval Blanc for six centuries in the context of a "wine civilisation" some 2,000 years old. The wine from this estate is now a joy to men and women all over the world who are aware that a great growth such as Cheval Blanc is a treasure of voluptuousness and pleasure.

A warm place and a high-performance team that regularly hosts Bordeaux-Exclusive-Taste © pre-production meetings.
The price of the dinner is 400 € TTC per person this year, to be paid by check in the name of the association "EXCLUSIVE TASTE", new association in charge of the management of the dinner and related charitable actions.
We will present our new charity goals during the dinner: sick children remain at the heart of our action.
As our new association has not yet received the "public utility" qualification for tax relief, we decided to lower the participation fee so as not to penalize the participants.
